Automated Requests
Automated requests are technical orders orchestrated by Order Management System (OM+).
One the automated requests page, you can see a list of automated requests relating to customer creation, contract changes and renewals, and contract terminations.
To view a list of automated requests
To view a list of automated requests, simply select Automated Requests from the menu on the left side of the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform Dashboard or home page.
You can then search for automated requests by: Organisation, Customer, ID, Status, Type, SubType, or Creation Date (via a dropdown calendar).
As elsewhere on the platform, you can customise the table using filters such as Parent Organisation and Last Status. You can also Export the list if required.
