Device Management user access
Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform users with the required authorisation levels can enable Device Management Portal access for new or existing users as required, by giving them a Device Management role. Users who have been given a Device Management role will then be able to use the single sign-in link on the Dashboard or home page of the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform to access the Device Management Portal.
To manage a Device Management user role
From the menu on the left of the Dashboard or home page, select Users.
On the Users page, select the user you want to edit by clicking on the Username. This will open the User Details panel.
Expand the Roles section and click on the arrow to the right of Manage Roles. In the panel that appears, click on:

Select Vodafone Business Device Management Role. (If you cannot see this option, you will need to ask your organisation to enable it.) The number of Device Management roles shown will depend on your own user role.
