Editing organisations
You can edit the details of both your own organisation and the customer and customer group organisations linked to your Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform role.
To edit organisation details
To access the Organisations List from the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform home page, simply click on Organisations in the menu on the left of the page – then on All Organisations in the dropdown menu that appears.
Search for the organisation you want to edit in the Organisations List – then click on its name to see an overview of basic information such as the Status and Customer ID.
You can then click on Details to see more detailed information split into categories such as SIMs and Connectivity Services.
Select a section to expand it to show more details. Remember though that only those marked in green can be edited. If the section is not marked in green, you do not have the authorisation to change these details.
Once you have completed your edits, click on Save or Discard in the top right corner of the window to save or discard your changes. You will then see a pop-up message confirming your changes have been saved/discarded.
