Viewing organisation details

You can view details of both your own organisation and the customer and customer group organisations linked to your Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform role via the Organisations List – as long as you have the necessary authorisation level to do so.

If there are no customer/customer group organisations linked to your organisation, you will only see details of that organisation. However, if you do have customer/customer group organisations, you will also see: Customer, Automated Customer, Customer Group, and Sub-customer organisations.

The information you can see about the organisations linked to your user profile is split into the following sections: Basic information, SIMs, Security, Connectivity services, Web services, Profiles and groups, Reports, Contract, and Contacts.

To view organisation details

  1. To access the Organisations List from the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform home page, simply click on Organisations in the menu on the left of the page – then on All Organisations in the dropdown menu that appears.

  2. Select My Organisation to change the details of your own organisation or search for the customer/customer group organisation you want to view in the Organisations List – then click on its name to see Details such as SIMs and Connectivity Services.
