Known issues

The following are known issues in the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform Version 35.0.0. We plan to address these issues in a subsequent release.

  • You can only open the User Preferences page by typing "Change language" into the search bar if you are using the portal in English at the time.
  • If you change the language on the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform before opening the linking to the legacy M2M Portal, the language does not change automatically - unless you log into M2M Portal again. This is a technology limitation.
  • The User Preference for enabling report notifications cannot currently be edited.
  • SIM export is generated empty when filtering the SIM List with an IMEI range or custom attribute.
  • Sub-customer users are not able to perform the operation SIM Export.
  • The pending action tooltip does not appear for the SIMs with pending operations when viewed in the SIM List.
  • Only 100 records are shown in the voice usage section of the SIM History List.
  • The number of SIMs with each RAG status shown in the SIM List differs from that shown in the Total SIMs Dashboard widget.
  • When you select all SIMs in the SIM List page, the number of selected IMSIs displayed is incorrect.
  • Customers are currently unable to export report templates.
