Changing EUICC Profile States

The Change eUICC Profile State feature allows you to change the state of the eUICC profile of one of your SIMs within the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform.

As elsewhere on the platform, you can only perform the actions allowed by your user profile.

To change an eUICC profile state

  1. From the menu on the left of the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform Dashboard or home page, select SIMs.

  2. This takes you to the SIM List, where you can select a SIM to view the relevant SIM Details window.

  3. If the SIM in question has an eUICC profile, you can then click on Change eUICC Profile State to modify it. The changes you can make will depend on the current state of the SIM’s eUICC profile.

  4. If the current state is N (not downloaded), you can download it by entering the EID of the relevant eUICC profile before choosing whether it is Enabled or Disabled. If the current state is D (disabled), you can change it to Enabled or Deleted. If the current state is E (enabled), you can change it to Disabled or Deleted.

  5. To confirm your changes, select Next then Change (or Cancel if you do not want to go ahead). If you ticked the Notification Email box, you will then receive an email confirming your changes.
