Collecting Summaries
The Collect Summary feature allows you to request a summary of SIM details, status, service, and usage information, thus facilitating diagnostic analysis of an individual SIM with communication issues.
The types of information you can request in this summary are:
SIM Information
Last Communication Status
Connectivity Services
Recent Data Usage
Mobility
To collect a summary of SIM information
From the menu on the left of the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform Dashboard or home page, select SIMs.
This takes you to the SIM List, where you can select a SIM to view the SIM Details window.
Choose Collect Summary then select at least one category of information (they are all selected by default).
Select Collect to generate the summary or Cancel to cancel your changes. If you choose Collect, you will be taken to a confirmation screen from where you can download a .txt file including the information requested. (If this file cannot be generated for any reason, you will be notified of this via the same screen.)
