Stopping Voice Sessions
The Stop Voice Session feature allows you to terminate an active voice connection on a specified SIM, providing users with direct control over voice connectivity.
You can only perform this action when the SIM selected has an active voice session to abort.
To stop a voice session
From the menu on the left of the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform Dashboard or home page, select SIMs.
This takes you to the SIM List, where you can select a SIM to view the SIM Details window.
If the SIM in question has an active voice session, you can then click on Stop Voice Session to abort it. (The next window will show a warning that stopping all active voice sessions may cause unexpected behaviour, including the SIM’s device becoming unreachable for voice services.)
Choose Stop or Cancel. If you choose Stop, any active voice sessions will be aborted, and you should receive confirmation of this – or of a failure to abort – via a pop-up window.
