Active service profiles widget

The Active Service Profiles widget enables you to view the SIM status of all active service profiles within your organisation. The SIM status shown will be one of the following:

  • Connected
  • Not connected in the past 24 hours
  • Not connected

To view the data of a specific organisation, you must first select a customer or a sub-customer in the top right corner of the widget. You will then be shown information relating to all that customer’s active service profiles.

To view the latest data, click the Refresh data button.

As elsewhere on the platform, you will only see the data your User Service Profile allows you to see.
