Trace Results

You can monitor platform activity and troubleshoot device issues in the Trace Results section of the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform. Trace Results allow users to diagnose device issues via automated checks on SIM state, data usage, IP assignment, SMS activity, and mobility status for faster resolution.

To view the trace results list

  1. From the menu on the left of the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform Dashboard or home page, select Configuration then choose Trace Results from the dropdown menu that appears.

  2. This takes you to the Trace Results section, where you can view a list of recent activity.
