Within the Vodafone Business Managed IoT Connectivity Platform , you have access to tools that enable you to manage your account and create reports.

Whatever you want to do, you can use the Global Search bar to search by IMSI, ICCID, IMEI, EID or Custom attribute. Its functionalities allow you to search for multiple values and see a preview of the number of results (up to 9,999 for customer users) a particular search will return by, for example, IMSI or Custom Attribute (1-5).

The list of searches you can perform using the Global Search bar includes:

  1. One IMSI with full record

  2. One IMSI with partial record (suffix only)

  3. One ICCID with full record

  4. Non-numeric and alphanumeric values

  5. A range of numeric values

  6. A range of text

  7. Text with wildcard on prefix and suffix

  8. Partial text

  9. Multiple terms (comma separated values)

  10. Text between double quotes (single term)

  11. Partial text with different values

However, as elsewhere on the platform, you will only be able to see the data your User Service Profile allows you to see. And if there is only one result for your MSI, ICCID, or IMEI search, the corresponding SIM Details page will open automatically in a new screen.
